As leaders we are required to focus on priorities, action, outcomes, bottom line, establish orderly processes, clear roles, responsibility, lead teams, connect with customers/clients, create the future and think outside of the box. For many, being able to juggle all of the leadership balls is a struggle. For some, they create barriers in their mind that hamper their performance and instead of achieving success they are overloo...ked or moved out.
The Whole and Balanced Leadership workshop provides the participants an opportunity to learn about and experience the 4 energy patterns (Driver, Organizer, Collaborator and Visionary). Prior to attending the workshop, each participant will complete their FEBI profile. The Focus Energy Balance Indicator™ (FEBI™) measures one’s personality in terms of four fundamental energy patterns linking mind, body and everyday work behaviors. It gives a view into the whole leader, and identifies practical ways to build greater performance and sustainable balance. The four essential energy patterns measured are:
The Driver pushes into every barrier with speed, directness and intensity.
The Organizer does the right thing, putting every thought and action into its proper place, with discipline and order.
The Collaborator swings into playful engagement with life and the people in it.
The Visionary goes with the flow, hangs out in the chaos, and leaps to new possibilities.

2. Make payment by Credit Card or Cheque to Chamber of Commerce by March 4th to confirm your space (price below)
3. On March 7th you will receive a link to a confidential, self directed online FEBI Profile
4. On March 15th we will come together for the 4 hour workshop during which you will receive your individual FEBI Profile
