The Board of Directors, at its meetings held on 30 March 2010, and at a meeting of the Offering Committee appointed by the Board of Directors and held on 8 April 2010, approved a Rights Offering to Qualifying Shareholders of record as of 10 March 2010 at 5:00 PM AST to buy back up to $130 million of newly issued shares. The offering period will be open from 12 April 2010 and will close on 11 May 2010 at 4:00 pm ADT.
